1-2-1 bespoke personal training.

• Long and short-term plans, regular or infrequent sessions – to suit you goals and finances

Full medical, training and performance history (not just a standard health questionnaire).

Muscle length and suppleness
Balance, functional control and stability
Strength, power, endurance, control
Plyometrics, agility, speed
Aerobic fitness and endurance
Weight, body fat

Identify strengths, weaknesses, areas for improvement.
Plan and develop your programme.
Agree your weekly, monthly sessions and their aims.
Develop short or long-term goals.
Implement other beneficial strategies – biomechanics, flexibility, diet.
Continual assessment, progressive programme adaptation and goal review
