Fees

Payment is due prior to or during the appointment (cash and cheques only)

Cancellations

Due to the logistics involved Physio2You operate a strict 24hr cancellation policy. Cancelling an appointment less than 24hrs before it commences, or non-attendance for an appointment incurrs a cancellation fee of the full amount of the session.

Health Insurance

Physio2You are registered with all major health insurers. Please note however that we do not bill insurers directly and you are required to pay in full at the time of your consultation. Please be aware that some insurance policies have excesses and conditions imposed and may not cover the full cost of your treatment, therefore we suggest you contact your insurer prior to commencing treatment to ascertain your level of cover.
